I’ve spent the last few weeks helping clients build plans for how they’ll support themselves over Christmas: grounding tools, boundaries, rituals, space to breathe, support networks. And then I look at my own to-do list—neighbour cards still unwritten, food to prep, and Christmas movies patiently waiting for me—and I find myself asking:
Have I actually left myself in a good place for the break?
I’m brilliant at helping clients close loops.
But ask me if I’ve closed my loops?
Well… let’s just say the answer looks suspiciously like a pile of wrapping paper, three half-bought presents, and a fridge that contains nothing but cranberry sauce and ambition.
But the holidays are here. And they’re allowed to be holidays.
As I sit with the fatigue that always arrives this time of year—some of it good, some of it the kind that says “you deserve a break”—I’m choosing to pause. To acknowledge the work I’ve done. To give myself permission to rest, not out of indulgence but out of necessity.
And that’s exactly what the New Year, New Vision Workshop is about:
Creating space.
Acknowledging hard work.
Letting you enter January with something more inspiring than “survive.”

Free Workbook: Reflect & Reset
Prefer to start on your own?
I’m offering a free New Year Reflection Workbook you can download and work through at your own pace.
It includes gentle prompts, year-end closing exercises, and space to sketch a vision that suits your energy—not the internet’s idea of “New Year, New You” (which always seems to involve a 5am yoga class).
